Indoor environmental quality
Reducing indoor noises
Indoor environmental quality reduces indoor noise
In most cases, envelope systems realize sound absorption by perforating the metal boards oriented towards interior and equipping them with non-woven fabrics and sound-absorbing wool (as well as a certain back cavity depth, if necessary), consequently reducing indoor noises. The common diameter of perforated holes is approximately 2.5mm. The smaller the diameter is, the more difficult the processing will be. But the better sound absorption performance will be realized. When the diameter of is below 1mm, they are micro-perforated. Different diameters can be flexibly selected in project design as required.
